About Hooch Daddy
Long after Alan Jackson’s ode about the Chattahoochee, another man entered it’s muddy waters. Filled with a love for the outdoors and sharing good times with good people, I found happiness along the banks and in a tube on a hot summer day.
It happened on one of those slow-flow days – the kind where the river whispers secrets to those who listen. Knee-deep in shoals, herding tubes like a modern-day river wrangler, the title found me: Hooch Daddy. Not a crown I sought, but one carved by the current.
What began as a inside joke about embroidered hats became a love letter to this liquid lifeline. Hooch Daddy ain’t just a brand – it’s a backporch philosophy. A place where art floats as free as inner tubes, where friends become collaborators, and every sunset over the ‘Hooch paints new possibilities.
Consider this your invitation to wade in. Whether you’re here for the art, the stories, or just to feel that cool river breeze through your screen – we’re keeping a tube warm for you. The water’s fine, the company’s better, and the adventure’s just around the bend.

"Rivers flow not past, but through us; tingling, vibrating, exciting every cell and fiber in our bodies, making them sing and glide."
-John Muir
